Nathan Tucker began his journey by shadowing founder John Iriana, learning every detail of the pizzeria’s craft. With deep respect for Iriana’s 36-year legacy, he promised, “It’s gonna be the same.” For Tucker, taking over was personal—honoring his late father, a longtime Red Lobster GM, while building something meaningful for his own children. Today, he carries on Iriana’s tradition with the same recipes and warm, community spirit.
